 We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Sales (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. 

You will be joining our team to build Europe’s leading data platform for institutional investors.

YOUR ROLE


  • Sales Strategy and Execution : 
  • You are responsible for global product sales on a strategic and operational level 
  • You manage our deal pipeline, sales performance, commercial negotiations and are responsible for our customer relationship management
  • You ensure highest standards regarding your work including commercial negotiations, customer service & satisfaction and contract quality
  • You conduct comprehensive market, competitor, product and pricing analyses
  • You monitor, track and analyze sales performance, forecasts, annual budgets and provide relevant reports to top management

  • Integrated Collaboration: 
  • You work closely and align with our management & product team on strategy, organization and prioritization of the various upcoming opportunities and challenges
  • You communicate learnings from customer feedback to our product team

  • Network: 
  • You continuously scale our network of leading industry experts in an independent manner
  • You find ways to maximize value from those connections

  • Team: 
  • You (prospectively) build and lead a high performance team with a strong “can do” attitude as well as strong sales, business development, project and customer management skills
  • You directly report to the CEO

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have significant work experience in B2B sales or business development, leading high performance in the investment industry (or comparable)
  • You have an extensive network in the investment industry which you strive to expand continuously
  • You are an excellent networker. Approaching new people (virtually & real-world) on an international basis feels natural for you and you are able to instantly create a pleasant & trustful atmosphere
  • You are driven by results, enjoy challenges and KPI based environments
  • You have a strong ability to engage, negotiate, convince and close deals
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally in German and/ or other major European languages
  • You are a team player and it’s fun working with you
